2025
Increase in production capacity with the incorporation of new hot-stamping engraving machines and high-performance UV LED curing technology.
The new automatic and versatile equipment is capable of printing between 45 and 50 items per minute, allowing for the upgrade of existing systems with the latest curing technology. This evolution ensures significant improvements in performance, sustainability, and print quality.
The total consolidated production capacity in 2025 is composed of:
Painting (continuous production): 2,000,000 bottles/month
Decoration (continuous production): 6,515,200 bottles/month

The M3 machine is projected to reach a monthly production capacity of 1,200,000 units, contributing to the increase of the total consolidated volume.
By adding the current production capacity (8,515,200 bottles/month) to the new projection, the total consolidated capacity for 2026 will be:

Hybrid CNC
Our equipment sets the global standard for quality, combining cutting-edge technology, premium materials, and top-tier components to meet a wide range of decoration and manufacturing demands across various industries.
With intuitive operation, simplified setup, and a high level of automation, CNC Hybrid machines are versatile and highly productive, capable of printing 45 to 50 items per minute, with a maximum capacity of 1.5 million units of the same item.
This performance ensures efficiency, precision, and repeatability at every stage of the production process, enhancing competitiveness and driving innovation in manufacturing.

Product Approval
Since the completion of the projects, homologation tests have been carried out to evaluate color conformity according to the client's specifications and to perform physical and chemical resistance tests. These tests are conducted according to the client's and/or internal procedures, serving as reference standards.
Subsequently, an analysis report is issued containing the results, confirming that the product meets all requirements and is suitable for use in the decoration process.
